Non-Executive Director
Greig Paterson is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries and Chartered Financial Analyst, who brings 30 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in insurance, capital markets, and strategic advisory. He currently advises Nordic Capital on sector strategy, financial modelling, and due diligence in financial services, including fintech. From 2024 to 2025, he worked independently, providing strategic and M&A advice to several large private equity firms. He is also a member of the IFRS and ISSB Advisory Councils.
Previously, Greig spent nearly two decades at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW), where he was a Managing Director of European Research. A founding member of KBW’s London office, he led coverage of UK and Asian life and non-life insurers and was a highly-ranked analyst in external surveys. He played a key role as syndicate member analyst in several major IPOs including Direct Line, Hastings Insurance, AIA, Just Retirement, Partnership Assurance, and PensionBee, and so was instrumental in developing KBW’s primary capital markets offering in Europe. Earlier in his career, he held analyst and actuarial roles at Fox-Pitt Kelton, UBS, and Norwich Life South Africa.
Non-Executive Chairman
Mark Wood is one of the UK’s leading financial figures. He has held several senior positions in global institutions, including Head of Cash Management at Barclays Bank, Chief Executive of Prudential UK and Europe, and CEO of AXA UK. In 2006, with £500m of private equity backing, Mark founded Paternoster, which quickly became the market leader in bulk annuities.
A regular media commentator on pensions and insurance, Mark is a Non-Executive Director of the RAC Motoring Services plc. He received an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University in 2010. In 2017, Mark was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the British public sector.
Non-Executive Director
James Quin is an accomplished C-suite executive with over 30 years’ experience in the insurance sector, including financial management, strategy, regulation, and investor relations. He has held senior executive positions at Saga, Zurich, and Citigroup, and brings a broad range of leadership experience across the industry. James currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Policy Expert and Thomas Miller Holdings, two privately held companies operating in the insurance sector.
James is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and began his career in the insurance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1990. He then moved into equity research with several investment banks including Lehman Brothers, HSBC, and Citigroup, where he held the role of Managing Director and Head of European Insurance Equity Research. From 2013-2018, James held various roles with Zurich Insurance Group, and from 2019-2024 he was Group CFO and an Executive Director of London listed Saga Plc.

Stefania Barbaglio is a London-based entrepreneur, business strategist, reputation specialist and well-recognised PR and Investor Relations expert, who has advised a range of private and listed companies across many sectors, focusing on innovation and sustainability. She is the founder and CEO of the boutique Investor & Public Relations agency Cassiopeia Services, and fashion consultancy firm SteffyB.
Stefania is highly experienced in Fintech and new technologies. Stefania hosts a finance and crypto podcast and is considered one of the top British female opinion leaders in the crypto sphere.
She is also a columnist for the UK online financial journal City AM, a keynote speaker at international, and hosts regular symposia for public companies and start-ups: investor presentations and networking evenings in exclusive private venues. She is a fellow and alumna of Oxford University and holds two MAs: International Journalism from Westminster University (UK) and TV Production from IULM University (Italy), as well as ten years’ previous experience as a freelance financial journalist and producer for mainstream TV channels including Bloomberg, BBC & leading in-house Investor Relations & PR departments.

Craig Foster is an award-winning corporate entrepreneur and business leader with over 20 years’ experience leading businesses, brands and teams both in the UK and globally. Craig spent 7 years at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management in roles both in the UK and Switzerland, before joining HBOS PLC to lead the marketing of the group’s UK General Insurance brands. At HomeServe Craig set-up an innovation arm – HomeServe Labs – and it was within this team that LeakBot was developed and launched. In 2017 Mr. Foster was awarded the Insurance Times “Tech Champion of the Year” Award in recognition of the breakthrough nature of LeakBot.
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin joined Ondo in September 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing 25+ years of insurance industry experience to the team at with previous stints at MyPolicy, AJ Gallagher & Co and TowerGate (among others) and is well placed to help Ondo through a period of growth. Kevin was appointed to the Board of Directors on 26th September 2022.

Partnerships Director
Helen is a HomeServe veteran of 9 years. Helen has a background in partnership management where she previously managed a range of major blue-chip affinity partnerships for HomeServe.
Helen was an early founding member of the Innovation Lab that founded and created LeakBot, and was an early product owner for the first interactions of the software platform, so intimately understands both the technology and the business.
Operations Director
Nick joined HomeServe in 2001 and has extensive experience of running plumbing services, managing affinity B2B2C partnerships and in the marketing of subscription based consumer propositions in home services and warranties.
Nick was an early co-founder of the innovation lab that invented LeakBot and LeakBot’s original first team member since day 1. Today Nick runs customer service and network operations for LeakBot globally.
